COMPOSITION: 
Each softgel capsule contains the active
substance:Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)1000 IU. The other ingredients are:Soybean oil, gelatin, glycerol and purified water.

DESCRIPTION:
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is essential for the human body as it helps in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the body, the two most important minerals, responsible for healthy bones. Vitamin D3, helps in prevention of osteoporosis and  rickets in children and intervene in maintaining a healthy immune system. The cholecalciferol is used in the treatment of vitamin D deficiency Because is found in very few foods , and the body produces sufficient amounts only by daily exposure to the sun, JP Vitamin D3 1000 IU is a solution to obtain your daily dose of vitamin D. Vitamin D supplementation is effective especially in people who are not exposed daily to the sun, the elderly who do not assimilate well the vitamin D , patients with certain diseases (Crohn's disease , cystic fibrosis , celiac disease ) and obese people , in which case large deposits of fat reduces the active form of vitamin D. Consult your doctor who can monitor vitamin D levels in children and adults and prescribe higher levels of vitamin D if where necessary.
